Laura Arrigo has more than 17 years of experience analyzing and quantifying construction-related claims on complex projects. Her expertise includes schedule delay and disruption analysis primarily through the use of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques, and the analysis and evaluation of delay, disruption and loss of productivity damages. In addition to her extensive experience providing forensic claims analysis and quantification, Ms. Arrigo also provides consulting for on-going projects. She helps clients identify and manage schedule and cost risk during the course of the project and assists in the preparation of, or defense against, requests for additional time or money. Ms. Arrigo’s experience encompasses large-scale and mega projects in various construction industry sectors, including power, industrial, mining, oil and gas, and heavy civil.
